WHAT IS JAY LEVINE BBG?
When many people think of models, they think of the women on the cover of Victoria Secret magazines or Vogue. They think of women like Tyra Banks, Cindy Crawford, or Kate Moss. Fortunately many teenagers are lucky enough to think of the members of Jay Levine as their role models. Jay Levine has allowed hundreds, if not thousands of Jewish girls to become role models throughout the world in the multitudinous years it has been a chapter a part of the international movement known as BBYO. BBYO is a worldwide organization that connects Jewish teenagers together and allows them to form unbreakable bonds with other Jewish teenagers. It provides leadership opportunities that can be found nowhere else. Jay Levine is a chapter part of the region of Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio, more commonly known as KIO. KIO meets as a region to hold unbelievable conventions and dances. Louisville's Drew Corson AZA and Jay Levine BBG meet together to unite as the young Jewish Community of Louisville. Jay Levine, whose mascot is the toucan and colors are blue and yellow, meets as a chapter to hold bond forming sleepovers, outings, and meetings. Jay levine BBG is open to any Jewish girls in the second semester of eighth grade and older. Jay levine BBG #1508 is a life changing experience that allows girls to find their home in the universe.
